How account and token removal works.

Krifth does not currently offer in-app self-service account deletion.

To request deletion of your account and data, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Krifth account.

Include the subject line "Delete My Account" and your username.

We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Your account profile, including name, email, and username.

Saved try-on photos and wishlist activity.

Message history.

Completed purchase and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You can also delete your saved try-on photos yourself at any time from the app's Wishlist → Gallery tab, without deleting your whole account.

If you connected a shop to Instagram automation and want to remove Krifth's access and delete your stored Instagram access tokens, follow the steps below.

Go to your Facebook Profile Settings & Privacy > Settings.

Look for Apps and Websites and find Krifth.

Click the Remove button.

Alternatively, email our support team to manually wipe your Instagram tokens from our database.
