Krifth Platforms ("Krifth," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Krifth mobile app, a swipe-to-shop, second-hand marketplace, as well as merchant tools including Instagram automation for sellers.

This policy explains what information we collect across these services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier.

Camera and photos: If you use the app's virtual try-on feature, we access your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo.

Wishlist and activity data: We store the items you view, save, or pick in the app to power those features.

Messages: If you message another user through the app, we store the content of those messages and the identities of the sender and recipient.

Purchase and transaction data: When you buy an item, we process and store transaction details, including the item purchased and price paid.

Seller inventory data: Product images, descriptions, and pricing from your Krifth shop.

Instagram automation data: If you connect Instagram automation, we store secure access tokens provided by Meta, along with your Instagram Business Account ID and username.

Technical data: Our servers and infrastructure providers automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address and device type.

Provide core app features including browsing, virtual try-on, wishlist, messaging, and purchases.

Maintain your account and authenticate you via Google Sign-In.

Process transactions between buyers and sellers.

For sellers who connect Instagram automation, use the Instagram Content Publish permission solely to upload and publish items from your Krifth inventory to your linked Instagram account.

Maintain the security and integrity of our services and prevent fraud or abuse.

Improve and develop our features.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate our services.

Google, to provide Sign-In authentication.

Meta, to provide Instagram automation for sellers who opt in.

Service providers who host our backend infrastructure and process transactions on our behalf, under obligations to protect your data.

Other users, limited to what's necessary for marketplace features to work.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our features.

You can delete saved try-on photos directly within the app's Gallery.
