The rules for using Krifth.

Welcome to Krifth, a swipe-to-shop, second-hand marketplace. By creating an account or using the Krifth app or platform, including Instagram automation features for shop owners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use Krifth.

Krifth is a marketplace where buyers can discover, try on, message sellers about, and purchase second-hand and new items.

Krifth also provides an online shop creation platform for sellers, including an Instagram App feature that automates publishing inventory items to a shop owner's Instagram Business profile using the Instagram Graph API.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether via email/password or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Krifth is not directed at children under 13, and accounts must not be created by or for children under 13.

"User Content" includes item photos, descriptions, and pricing that sellers upload, and photos buyers upload for the virtual try-on feature.

You retain ownership of the User Content you upload. You must own or have the legal rights to any content you upload to Krifth.

By uploading User Content, you grant Krifth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content solely as needed to operate the marketplace and provide app features, such as showing your listed items to buyers or generating a virtual try-on image from a buyer's photo.

Buyers' try-on photos are used only to power the try-on feature for that buyer and are not shared with sellers or other users, and can be deleted by the buyer at any time from the app's Gallery.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and, where relevant, Instagram's Community Guidelines.

Items listed on Krifth are sold by independent sellers. Krifth facilitates the listing, discovery, and transaction process but is not the seller of record for marketplace items.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item details before purchasing.

Payment for purchases is completed through a secure external payment page. Krifth does not collect or store your payment card or bank details.

Krifth's in-app messaging is provided to let buyers and sellers communicate about listings and orders. You may not use messaging to harass, spam, or defraud other users. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Krifth is provided "as is." We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, the condition or authenticity of items purchased, or any shadowbans, account suspensions, or content removals enforced by Meta/Instagram resulting from the use of automated posting tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Krifth, including the Instagram automation feature, at any time for violations of these terms, applicable law, or Instagram's own platform policies.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when we do.
